Turkey Hunting / Rock Fish Trip
Spring at Neechee Cabin brings the best of North Carolina’s outdoors together—wild turkey hunting and the famous Roanoke River rockfish run. Guests can rise with the sunrise to chase longbeards across our private, manicured acreage, then swap camo for tackle and head to the river for an afternoon of striped bass action.
Whether you choose a full-day, self-guided turkey hunt or pair it with a half-day guided “Blast & Cast” combo, every experience is designed for flexibility, comfort, and authentic outdoor adventure. With miles of riverfront and rolling farmland, Neechee Cabin gives you rare access to both land and water—all in one unforgettable stay.
Note: If you are using the cabin as an amazing overnight to your own Rockfish trip, we do have room to park your boat. The landing in Weldon is about 15-20 minutes away.
